There are a variety of reasons why your account may not have synced with our billing system. After purchasing Membership, a sync occurs between our billing system and your account. If for any reason this sync is delayed or is not reflected in your account - premium content would not be unlocked.
Check your account status
First and foremost, we recommend checking your accounts status.
Go to Barstoolsports.com and in the top right corner choose Sign In via the Profile Icon (if you aren't already signed in) to access your My Accounts page. You can also access the sign in page directly by clicking here. Verify if your Membership is active under Plan Details.
Membership Active: If you previously purchased Barstool Gold and your account that states your Membership is active but you can not access the premium content, we recommend first refreshing your browser window. If you continue to have issues try logging out of your account, then quit your browser application entirely, then restart your browser and log back in. This will force a sync between your device and our billing system.
Membership not active: If you previously purchased Barstool Gold and your account that states your Membership is not-active, you may have entered the wrong email address during registration, you may be signed up under a different account, your payment may not have processed or our billing provider may have a temporary service outage.
Try logging out of your account, then quit your browser application entirely, then restart your browser and log back in. This will force a sync between your device and our billing system. If you continue to have issues, try the following.
- Check the payment status: Check your credit card statement to see if the payment has processed. If there is a charge from Barstool then your payment was completed. If there is not a charge then we recommend signing up again.
- Check other accounts: If you are logged into the wrong account, you will want to check if you have any other accounts with us. The first step in locating other accounts should be attempting to reset your password from your various email accounts.
