If you cancel your Membership on or around your billing date, it’s possible your next payment was already processed. You should not receive any additional charges from Barstool Sports.
We still want to make sure you're not being billed for a service you no longer use. We first recommend checking to make sure that you've canceled your Barstool Gold subscription in order to avoid future payments. It's possible that you still have an active subscription and your subscription did not cancel.
If you get a Barstool Gold charge after canceling your Membership, follow these steps:
- Log in to your My Accounts page by clicking here.
- Click on "Plan Details"
Membership active: If your subscription shows as active, the account was not canceled. Please try the cancel process again to ensure it has been completed. You can cancel your account by selecting "Change" in the “Plan Details" section and then choosing “Cancel Membership & End Exclusive Access.”
Membership not active: If your subscription shows as inactive, you may still have an account registered under a different email address. You will first want to check if you have any other accounts with us.
