If you forgot your email username and/or password, you can only regain access to your account via your account's email.
If you've forgotten your password, you can send a password reset email in the Barstool app or in your computer’s web browser.
Computer: Click here to access the password reset form. Select Forgot Password and follow the reset instructions in your email to continue.
Phone or tablet: Open the Barstool app and tap the profile icon in the top left corner of the app. Select join Barstool and tap login. Select Forgot Password and follow the reset instructions in your email to continue.
If you did not receive an email, it's possible that the email is getting caught in spam or you entered wrong email address during registration. Search your spam or junk mail folder for email from email@example.com. If you still can not find the email, try adding the address to your safe sender list, and then try resetting the password again.
You must sign in to Barstool Gold using your email and password you registered for when signing up for Membership or for a free Barstool account. Your username is your email address. If you've forgotten your username/email used, there currently is no way you can reset it online.
The first step in troubleshooting forgotten username should always be attempting to reset your password from your various email accounts. Simply enter any email addresses you use into our password reset form. Check your inbox to see if you received a password reset and that will let you know if there is an account associated with it.
Note: If you remain unable access your account reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can check on your account status.
